After spending over two decades working in the insurance industry with clients, insurers and underwriters, John knows what truly drives sales conversions, growth and retention - and it's not mastering the flavour of the week. It's how well you connect with the heart-beating people you're trying to help and communicate your understanding back to them by providing peace of mind.
John has established a leading insurance brokerage from a startup with no clients that have amassed over 5,000 clients with a team of 10 brokers and supporting staff. He is passionate about being a business owner, his team, and clients and in helping them to succeed. He has authored several articles featured in publications such as Living magazine and the Hilltops Phoenix and continues to support his local community.
In addition to his extensive insurance broking experience, John operates a mixed farming enterprise with his wife Kate and their two children Lucy and Peter in the highly productive South West Slopes region of NSW.
John holds a Diploma of Insurance Broking from the Financial Services School. He is also a NIBA Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker.
