His passion for insurance became stronger when one of his customer's made a claim within 6 months of getting the policy and he went along in that journey of helping them to achieve the best outcome. The event was devastating for the family but having the right cover in place and Kunal's ongoing support gave them the comfort of knowing that they being looked after and were secured financially.

He has got a Degree in Bachelor of Commerce, completed Tier 1 (RG146) Insurance Broking Compliance, and is perusing Diploma of Insurance Broking.
Outside of work, Kunal enjoys spending time with his family, seeing new places, and playing his Ukulele, Harmonica and Keyboard.
