Qualifications: Cert iv in business administration, Tier 1 Broking ( Currently doing Diploma in Insurance Broking) Memberships: NIBA How do you help your clients? I started with SPT 13 years ago as a receptionist. i have enjoyed my ever changing career with SPT moving into Administration, IT, PA duties. I completed my Cert IV in business administration while working with SPT and feel it has helped me further my career moving into the Broking side. I currently Assist Steven Da Silva. While studying I have been processing renewals, supplying Certificates and answering General Questions. I have enjoyed working with Steve & meeting our many wonderful clients. What do you like to do outside of work? Outside of work I enjoy going to the gym, catching up with my bestie for coffee or a wine. My absolute love is my dogs I have 2 of my own (one a foster fail) and have so far fostered over 10 dogs in the past year and a half. It is the most rewarding and sometimes sad thing I have ever been a part of.
